Unused bandwidth does not rollover. At the beginning of each billing cycle you will get the same amount of bandwidth, regardless of how much bandwidth you used the previous cycle.

If you go over your bandwidth you will be locked out of the server until your next billing period. To check when your billing period will renew please visit the members area. You can also view how much bandwidth you've used from the members area.

Q. How do I upgrade or downgrade my current plan?

Because of our high security protection on your credit card information, the easiest method to either upgrade or downgrade your current account is to cancel and sign up for the account of your choice.

Q. How do I cancel my Usenet Central membership?

Canceling your membership is easy. Simply log into the Usenet Central members area and click the link to "Cancel". Your account will then expire on the final billing date of your membership and you will not be billed any further.

Checking your bandwidth usage is easy. Simply log into the members area using your personalized username and password. From within the members area you can view how much bandwidth you have used for the current billing cycle and how much bandwidth you have remaining.

Usenet Central allows 50 connections to our servers for all account plans for maximum download speeds.

Q. Does Usenet Central offer a free trial?

Q. Why am I charged $0.01 for the free trial?

Usenet Central must authorize your credit card before we can offer the free trial account. Our merchant USAePay won't allow us to take your credit card information without charging one cent. Usenet Central will charge your credit card one cent.

After the 14 day trial period your credit card will be charged the full monthly amount unless you cancel within the free trial period. If you cancel within the 14 day trial period your credit card will only be charged 1 cent. If you choose to sign up for the free trial with your PayPal account you won't be charged the $0.01 fee.
