Why was my payment denied?

Solution Our billing agent USAePay has implemented strict fraud regulations. Most of the time credit cards are denied due to AVS (address verification system) errors or incorrect CVV2 numbers (3 digit code on the back of your credit card).

If your billing address doesn't match the address on file with your credit card your payment will be declined. If you payment is denied we suggest contacting your bank or credit card provider. We also offer PayPal.com payments.
